We were recommended by a friend to get in touch with Ian, Director of Maycroft, Lloyd Loom furniture. We contacted Ian and took a trip to Leeds where we met Ian and his son Stefan at their showroom. We were shown various chairs and colour swatches and a talk through what they could do for us. Ian very kindly let us take two chairs home with us to see which style best suited our kitchen and garden room. We made our choice of the Grosmont Dining chairs in Charcoal. Our oak kitchen table was also refurbished with the legs painted to match the chairs. We also chose a bistro table with two Grosmont chairs. We have not been disappointed! The quality of the furniture is absolutely lovely, we are more than delighted. We have received excellent customer service and delivery was within the expected time from a very nice courier. We have had 4 dining chairs and one arm chair restored. They are over 20 years old but now truly look as good as new again. We are so pleased with all aspects of Maycroft's service and highly recommend using them to give your furniture a new lease of life.

Customer service here is second to none! I phoned up with a super random request, I was met by Poppy who honestly couldn't do enough in helping me with my issue. We are so delighted with our conservatory furniture .We were looking for a small chair to match our existing furniture and chose the Grosmont .At your suggestion we had our existing furniture painted from shabby dark brown to Graphite grey all to match .We never thought that was possible they look stunning beautiful finish .Twenty year old furniture now looks brand new.Wonderful service.
