Customer service here is second to none! I phoned up with a super random request, I was met by Poppy who honestly couldn't do enough in helping me with my issue. Her actions not only touched me, but after I told my family they've all sworn to only buying Lloyd Loom now- this is partly because of the great quality but even more so due to the amazing service we recieved from Poppy. Whoever is reading this, please give Poppy a HUGE thank you as well for being such a valuable member of staff. She is a credit to your company.

We are so delighted with our conservatory furniture .We were looking for a small chair to match our existing furniture and chose the Grosmont .At your suggestion we had our existing furniture painted from shabby dark brown to Graphite grey all to match .We never thought that was possible they look stunning beautiful finish .Twenty year old furniture now looks brand new.Wonderful service.

I have just taken delivery of 2 outdoor lloyd loom Beverly chairs in tea green and couldn't be happier. The chairs are well made and my inital fears about the construction materials looking more than a 'bit plastic' were unfounded. The chairs do not look or feel plastic at all. Thank you very much. A big shout out for the delivery guys as well.

I want to thank all those involved in renovating my 1930s Lloyd Loom chairs and table. I was brought up with them. I remember my mum and I painting them to 'smarten them up' and the glass to the table cracking and she and I replaceing it with a terrible painted board. When my mum and dad came to live with us for the last couple of years of their long lives, these were one of the few belongings they brought with them. They remained in our big front room after they had died, still loved by me but looking sad. When we sold the family home to our son and his family recently, we left most of our furniture behind but I decided that they should come with us to our small new home. They were not wanted by the next generation..

You have restored them to their former glory, thankfully removing all traces of our terrible work on them. They look lovely -the brass on the legs and table corners shines, the glass top is back on, the cane work once again looks delicate, the uphostery is elegant. I am well aware of all the expertise and loving attention that has gone into restoring them.

For me they represent a labour of love. My son and partner are now keen to have them - no chance!
